With the maintenance-free magnetic brake, you switch effortlessly between different de 32 resistance levels. This allows you to control the intensity of the workout at all times, even during the workout. For example, you don't have to dismount or interrupt the workout to change resistance levels. The braking system works using magnets, which are set in motion by the servo motor. On the screen of the E40 you see the resistance level and you adjust it with a simple turn of the button during the workout.

Let AI create a new program

With the Bluetooth® AI monitor, you clearly keep track of all the parameters of your workout and see at a glance which program you are doing and what resistance level you are training at. The monitor is fully tiltable and always remains easy to read, even in bright light. It also tracks your BAI (Body Activity Index) score. This unique value is calculated based on your heart rate, age, gender and workout duration. The AI technology in the monitor creates a new, personal training program in iConsole+ based on your training results so that you are always working with customised training goals.

Do you train indoors a lot and are bored of the street or wall? Then add an extra visual challenge to your workout! The E40 connects thrrough Bluetooth® to apps like Tunturi Routes or Zwift. With Tunturi Routes, turn your workout into a visual experience. Climb the Alpe d'Huez or choose a scenic route through villages and forests. With the free version of the app you always have 15 route videos, the paid version offers you hundreds of routes. In addition, the E40 is compatible with Zwift, which means that the video is adapted to the pace at which you cycle.

Good training posture is essential with an exercise bike. The E40's Multigrip handlebars offer different gripping points with a soft foam layer, so you always train comfortably.
