This 30 mm dumbbell set (incl. spring collars) consists of a barbell, weights and has a total weight of 125 kg. Both the barbell and the weight plates are made of durable metal. This set is ideal for freestanding exercises as well as in combination with a weight bench or rack. The bar is equipped with extra-grip handles, so you have the best grip.
