The Smith Cage System offers a wide range of exercises for those who are looking for a complete and balanced workout.

The Inspire Smith Cage System is a combination of three important training devices in one; The Smith Machine, Power Cage and a fully adjustable dual-pulley system (functional trainer) with impressive workout weight.

Features
  • Dual Weight Stacks; the dual weight stacks offers unique iso-lateral exercises. Each side of the body can operate independently of each other for a balanced training.
  • Double Racking System; suitable for smith bar and free weight bar.
  • Adjustable high/low pulley system; offers a wide range of functional and sport specific exercises.
  • Pull-up bar in various heights mountable and therefore also suitable for homes with lower ceilings (at least 204 cm - 219 cm maximum).
  • Comes standard with Inspire SCS Bench, Leg Extension and Preacher Curl.
  • Frame; Heavy duty oval and round steel tubes (3 mm steel thickness)
  • Powder coated finish; electrostatic powder coating provides a durable and maintenance free finish.
  • Bearings; precision steel ball bearings provide smooth, maintenance-free operation
  • Pulleys; fiberglass reinforced nylon
  • Weight stacks; 2 x 68 kg weight stack (commercial weight stacks)
  • Adjustable safety bars
  • Accessories: 2 pairs of single handles (long and short) and pull-up assist strap.
  • Optional: upgrade to 2 x 90 kg weight stack and Inspire Abdominal Bar.
